An initial chemistry meeting will give you the opportunity to consider if coaching is the right move for you and that working with Forge is a good fit, followed by a contracting session to establish the foundations of what our effective coaching partnership will look like.

A tailored approach to the coaching sessions that follow will provide flexibility to deliver a programme that fits your schedule with a period of engagement that matches the work you want to achieve. Typically this would be built over 3, 6 or 12 months but stand alone sessions can also be discussed.

With options for both scheduled face to face or virtual meetings as well as additional contacts by telephone or email when needs change or new issues arise - Forge provides a bespoke practice to suit senior leaders and effectively support them through their journey.
